Aratt: The winds of change.
A new wave of change has been sweeping across Aratt and this change is fueled by a deeper quest of making a tangible difference in the lives of people and the real estate industry.
This change has been clearly spearheaded by Vishal Vincent Tony, a young architect with sights on the horizon.
No wonder, the new projects of Aratt clearly have the stamp of stylish new architecture. "India is young. So today's architecture needs to be in tune with it", says Vishal. "The questions we continuously ask ourselves are what spaces do the young like to live in? How should their space impact their lives?".
The answers are evident in the new brand offerings - Aratt Milano, Aratt Amora, Aratt GrandTown, and Aratt Cityscapes. To sum up in a few words, these offerings are contemporary and designed to become landmarks.
The stylish new Aratt office at Koramangala is also a result of this spanking new approach. Vishal Vincent Tony who has conceived and designed the office says, "We wanted our office to be a statement." . It's contemporary inside out. But more than that, its eco-efficient edge is at the soul of its modern thinking. The open-to-light design makes the office almost bulb-free. The slanted reflectors direct the light inwards and catch the light for the most part of the day.
Today, some of the most creative architects are on board. And this is ably supported by the latest in construction technology. Vishal says, "We have already started using Engineered Formwork construction. This ensures sleeker finish and faster completion."
Aratt has also forayed into the hospitality industry. Aratt Coorg, the resort that's coming up at Coorg weaves nature into its architecture. Aratt Plus Hotels is another venture under his leadership with its initial branches planned in Domlur and ITPL.
